Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all orders within USA.
• International orders are available. Please contact Info@Chocovin.com for shipping prices. Delivery time on International orders will vary approximately 1-2 weeks.
• All orders will be shipped using either UPS, USPS or DHL.
• Expected delivery is 1-5 business days after your order is placed.

Return Policy

At Chocovin, your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Chocovin.com order, you can return the unused portion in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

• Email us at Info@Chocovin.com to request a return authorization. Any items received without a return/exchange authorization will be unable to be processed.
• We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus the tax if applicable paid on the item(s).
• We cannot accept returns on over half used products.
• Original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the return/exchange authorization form.
• Chocovin is only able to accept the return of products originally purchased through the Chocovin.com website. Purchases made at retail locations or through another website must be addressed by the original place of purchase.
• A credit or refund will be issued to the original form of payment. We ask that you allow up to 30 business days for the credit process.
• For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your return and/or exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping.
